Our Story

Our story is quite simple. We like our fur-babies to be stylish. And we know we are not alone.

This notion of bow ties started years ago, when we purchased our very first bow tie collar at a big box store for our cat, Deuce. He looked so handsome and dapper wearing his bow tie collar. Eventually the collar wore out. While we were able to replace the worn collar, we were not able to find bow ties. Thus began the process of learning how to make bow ties that can attach to different collars. And why stop there? Why not make bow ties for different seasons and occasions? Why not make bow ties for dogs too? And so we did.

But how about that name? Bella. We are called Bella's Pet Bowtique after all, not Deuce's Pet Bowtique.

Well, in addition to Deuce, we also had our beloved English Mastiff, Bella. It was impossible to find large enough accessories for her to wear after she turned about 4 months old. Nothing was big enough for our sweet girl. Unfortunately, she passed away at a young age due to bone cancer, but we honor her name with our pet bowtique.

And, there you have it. Bella's Pet Bowtique. Inspired by both of our fur-babies.
